Description
This wine is named after a statue of Madonna, which once stood at the edge of the vineyard. It is no longer there, so Rita and Rudolf decided to name the entire vineyard after it. A lush yet precise wine, reminiscent of marzipan and pear, baked apples and quince. Almost exotic, really. The long yeast maturation gives something beautifully round in the mouth, in addition to the pleasant, characterful acidity. A wine with years of storage potential.
