Pure and complex natural rosé from Christian Tschida. Christian is sometimes a bit secretive about how he produces his beautiful wines. Sometimes even about the grape varieties used. What he does like to tell clearly about is his free-run method. In this method, the grapes are not pressed but crushed purely by gravity, so that only the very, very best juice is used. The result is a soft, spicy and complex rosé full of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, raspberry, pomegranate, blood orange and marzipan.
