Domaine Huet was founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston. For the last 30 years, the company has been in the hands of Noël Pinguet, son-in-law of Gaston. In total, the domain covers 35 hectares, divided between the vineyards Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont and Le Clos du Bourg.
Le Haut-Lieu is a walled vineyard of 9 hectares on the north side of the church in Vouvray. This is where supple wines generally come from. Soil mainly brown clay and limestone. The vines are 15 years old. Manual harvest.
