Description
The 10 days of skin maceration make 'Mirage' a wine that you have to look for somewhere between a refined white wine and a light orange wine. Already wonderfully open, this ripe Sauvignon Blanc smelling of spicy apricot and peach. Pure wine, with length and a good balance. Stay away from Centre/Orleans-Sauvignon like comparisons, this wine has nothing to do with that. This is Sauvignon made by Mathilde Magne, that's what it has to do with!
