Description
Mathilde shows that what Riesling does in Germany, Chenin can do in the Loire: Letting origin speak in a typical, dry and pure wine. 'Feu Follet' is beautifully aromatic, has something stones-in-the-rain-like, with white fruit and something subtly unctuous. What refinement! A wine that does not shout but has a lot to say.
