Description
Deliciously ripe, mineral Chenin Blanc with a light creamy touch, from Domaine le Pas Saint Martin. Golden yellow in colour and with aromas of roasted blanched almonds, honey and apricot. Fortunately in a large bottle.
Soil of limestone and flint, vines of average age 40 years, manual harvest, yield of 55 hl/ha.16 ha of vineyards of which 11 located on ' le plateau de Douces'. This parcel has a composite soil of a very chalky layer from the Jurassic period with a clay-rich flint layer (silex) from the Cretaceous period.
