The young Adrian Berlioz is now a very sought-after and beloved winemaker from Savoie who works with great dedication on 5.5 hectares of land in the municipality of Chignin. The soil here consists mainly of clay and limestone. Berlioz has been working certified organic since 2012. All plots are worked as naturally as possible without the use of herbicides, chemical pesticides or other synthetic products. Most vineyards are on very steep slopes with a slope of often as much as 50%. Yields are kept low at an average of 40 hl/ha.
