Description
Not a natural wine but 'an ode to nature'. A bit of a confusing name since we also sell a lot of natural wine. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful slightly spicy red wine! Nice in the middle, not too sour, not too sweet, not too light, not too firm, not too fruity, not too spicy. A friend to everyone.
Olivier Azan has been making organic wines in the South of France for 30 years. He is one of the pioneers in organic viticulture and was the first in his appellation Picpoul de Pinet to work truly organically. Olivier is also one of the founders of Millésime Bio. This is the largest and most authoritative organic wine fair in the world. In 2018, 950 organic producers were present at the fair. The wines that Olivier makes love the summer. The Mistral (sea breeze) ensures that the grapes are not cooked by the sun and that mold has no chance.
