Description
Very tasty Marsanne with notes of fennel and mint and hints of candied melon with a fine fatness and roundness to tie it all together. Nevertheless a wonderfully fresh, crisp finish. Very nice table wine for long evenings.
Olivier Azan has been making organic wines in the South of France for 30 years. He is one of the pioneers in organic viticulture and was the first in his Picpoul de Pinet appellation to work truly organically. Olivier is also one of the founders of Millésime Bio. This is the largest and most authoritative organic wine fair in the world. In 2018, there were 950 organic producers at the fair. The wines that Olivier makes love the summer. The Mistral (sea breeze) ensures that the grapes are not cooked by the sun and that fungi have no chance.
