Description
Grapes and pomegranate have the same geographical origin and both come from the Mediterranean region. Pomegranate has the same charm, beauty and intensity as a grape. The Granato is inspired by this ideal combination, a concentrated Teroldego with vines that are deep in the stony alluvial soils with pebbles and gravel to extract various minerals.
Elisabetta Foradori has made a splash in the biodynamic and natural wine scene. For example, she makes wonderfully elegant natural wines that mature on Tinajas. These are 420 liter amphorae with a certain porosity. The legendary winemaker Elisabetta Foradori belongs to the absolute world top in pure and clean Vin Nature! Nowadays Elisabetta is increasingly involved in making cheese and her three children, Emilio, Theo and Myrtha, are increasingly taking charge of the winemaking and the vineyards. For example, at the end of 2019 Myrtha gave us an overview tasting at Restaurant BAK in Amsterdam and we put all 9 Foradori cuvees next to each other.
