Description
A showpiece from the collection of Claus Preisinger. Made from Blaufränkisch from his best vineyard (which may not be named on the bottle, but is cleverly hidden in the name of the wine. 'Edelgraben'). Complex wine with notes of dark fruit (blackberry, cherry), black olive, earth and violets. Light in the hand but with a serious structure, fine-grained tannins and soft acids. BF that can certainly lie for a while.
