Beautiful Bandol rosé. Aromatic and sultry, tones of anise, blossom, raspberries and grapefruit. Fine and light, but very structured. A serious rosé.
Château Sainte Anne has been a family business for five generations. The estate and the vaulted stone cellars date back to the 16th century. At that time, grapes and olives were already being grown here. The total surface of vineyards covers 14 ha.
They also made history as one of the founders of the French group AVN (Association des Vins Naturels) and co-founder of Millésime Bio, the largest organic wine fair in the world.
The vineyards are located on the northeast. Soil of limestone and slate. Average age of the vines is 47 years. Only 18 hl/ha! Manual harvest in 3 selections.
