Description
Jo has an impressive grin, which compliments his even more impressive moustache. A face that you can't easily miss. We always come across him when we make our annual rounds along the wine fairs in the Loire. Jo's grin is one that - after tasting with him for a while - you automatically adopt. In the meantime, he has become a pioneer in biodynamics in the Loire. His wines are crystal clear and some cuvees can age well.
This bubble is already delicious as it is, open, fruity and with an impressive grin. Just like Jo.
