Description
This cuvée is round, rich and slightly creamy with a nice acidity and fresh finish, especially considering the early harvest. Very nicely balanced. the thickness of the south vs. the freshness of the mountains, La Bancale style. Very gastronomic white for shellfish and for those who are thirsty.

Grape variety(ies): 50% Grenache Gris, 50% Macabeu
In the vineyard: Vines of 13 and 71 years old ( Grenache Gris) and vines of 43 years old (Macabeu). Groves at 280 m altitude. Terroir consisting of calcareous black slate. Early harvest entirely by hand, on August 19th.
In the cellar: Grape varieties blended during pressing. The juice rests for 1 night in stainless steel, stripped of a large part of the lees, after which spontaneous fermentation continues in fiberglass barrels. Malolactic fermentation ends mid-September. Maturation for 5 months in fiberglass. Only at bottling a very low dosage of SO2 added. Unfiltered.
