Description
Fig. 22: Carretón, the expression of grape and terroir, in a very elegant way. A meeting of very concentrated blackcurrant juice, soft tannins and a very nice acidity to preserve the freshness of the wine. Pure mourvèdre, without the heaviness of the south. Serve slightly chilled = another sip to unlearn it.
