Description
Blend of southern grapes and you can taste it. Lively and with aromas of white flowers, ripe yellow fruit and a long, energetic, aftertaste. The wood influence is subtly noticeable and well integrated.
Domaine d'Aupilhac is located in Montpeyroux, about 36 km northwest of Montpellier. Sylvain is the fifth generation winegrower in his family. When he founded Domaine d'Aupilhac as an independent wine estate in 1989, he also grew melons, asparagus, tomatoes and peaches, but since 1992 he has focused solely on his vineyards. Since then, he has gradually expanded his cellar and estate. Domaine d'Aupilhac works entirely organically and is in the transition to a fully biodynamic approach.
