Description
Furmint is extremely suitable for the climate around Lake Balaton. It can handle the heat without losing its freshness and therefore creates beautiful terroir wines. Annamária and Attila bought grapes from a local grape grower here, but it is really a future goal to be able to harvest the grapes from their own vineyard. This year the vines were unfortunately not ready for that, but it is coming!
At harvest 5% of the grapes had botrytis which gives a nice depth to the wine. Perfectly balanced, incredibly juicy and an aftertaste that makes you enjoy it for a long time.
