Furmint is the hit of Barnag. A typical grape that reflects origin. Bence discovered that it is crucial to pick the Furmint at different stages of ripeness. The overripe grapes give a layered and multidimensional wine. First a nice mineral reduction, then ripe, spicy and a very long finish. Grand Vin de Barnag!

- In the vineyard: Fully organic farming. Young Furmint plantings from the Király-domb vineyard in Pécsely, limestone subsoil. Hand-picked in 4 rounds.
- In the wine cellar: The largest part of the harvest is pressed directly, a small part is fermented with whole bunches. Spontaneous (very slow) fermentation, maturation sur-lie for 1 year in barrels, the final wine is a blend of the best barrels, unfiltered, without the addition of So2.
