Description

Even though Burgenland is not considered the top origin for Grüner Veltliner, Claus still manages to pull it off with ease. Wild, hearty and smoky and yet the elegant beauty of the Grüner Veltliner with its white pepper, honey and fruit of fresh, juicy apples. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and partly macerated carbonique. This 'Gruvi' is as elegant as the Austrian landscape there. Rolling wine!
