Description
Dzsúz is a permanent fixture in Barnag's range. However, the grape composition varies almost every year. This round, Kékfrankos and Cabernet Franc are used. Fortunately, the Dzsúz concept remains the same: soft, juicy, light red wine, made with a high drinkability as the goal. Low tannins, refreshingly berry and thirst-quenchingly tasty. High energy!
- Country / Region: Hungary / Balaton
- Winery: Grand vin de Barnag
-
Grapes: 70% Kékfrankos, 30% Cabernet Franc
- In the vineyard: Fully organic farming. 70% of the cuvée
is made from an early harvest of young Kékfrankos plantings from the Monoszló area, where it is slightly cooler. This is supplemented with Cabernet Franc grapes from a warmer vineyard in Aszófő.
- In the wine cellar: The Kékfrankos ferments mainly with whole bunches, a small part directly pressed, in fiberglass and stainless steel. The Cabernet gets a longer maceration with the whole bunches and wood maturation. Bottled unfiltered, without the addition of So2.
- Quality mark: Vin Nature
