Description
After the unexpected success of Gyotaku, wife Yuka and winemaker Christophe have created a wine especially for the spicy Asian cuisine. Ripe and aromatic, ethereal & umami, but without becoming too sweet. But beware, there is a bit of residual sweetness in the wine. That works out wonderfully and lifts the wine to a higher level.
The ripe grapes are pressed with skin, to obtain a refined, but full scent. Tropical fruit, lychee, ethereal, citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, roasted almond and umami, it all passes by.
