From one hundred percent Chardonnay (so Blanc de Blancs) that comes from the vineyard of Beaujolais. Hand-picked. Light pressing of whole bunches.
On the border of Burgundy and Beaujolais lies Chateau de Lavernette, where the Boissieu family has been making different styles of Pouilly-Fuissé and Beaujolais and Beaujolais Blanc for generations. Since 2007 they have been working completely biodynamically.
