Round and creamy Brut Nature Champagne with a fresh 'attack'. Showing yellow fruit, toasted bread, chalk and minerality. Soft finish.
Founded in 1946, the Chavost cooperative is located in the village of Chavot-Courcourt, just south of Epernay. Recently, the range has been expanded with a line of Champagnes that are made without additives and sulphites, from a total of 5 hectares of 'project'. In 2023 for the first time officially certified Organic!
