For generations, women have set the course in the biodynamic working Castell d'Age. The vineyards are located in the village of La Beguda Baixa on the southern slope of the Montserrat mountain in Alt Penedès. Limestone and slate subsoil.
The grapes are picked in the evening, at low temperatures. The bottles are kept in the bottle in the cellars of Castell d'Age for at least 20 months.
