Description
A very gastronomic and earthy cuvée from Château de Brau. A blend of 25% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 30% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense yet fresh with strong aromas of peppery herbs and red, dark fruit.
Château de Brau is located in the beautiful northwest of the Languedoc, close to Carcasonne (an old walled city, the only one left in France). Here Wenny (Belgian) and Gabriel make excellent fresh wines. This is also because the vineyards are higher and they also have influence from the Atlantic fresh winds.
