Description
White wine from indigenous Savagnin grape, planted on a steep terraced vineyard. Savagnin in the Jura, that's how it should be. The grape is like no other able to reflect its origin and terroir. This wine is a perfect example of that: almost tropical, ripe aromas, nutty, savory too. Deep and balanced and what a length... And what acids! Will only get better with age!
