Domaine Pinchinat

The Provence wines of Alain de Welle are (for years) the best-selling wines from our assortment. The vintages are fairly consistent in quality, only sometimes Alain unfortunately suffers from frost or hail, which means he/we have fewer wines in stock.

Fortunately, 2019 was a good year and Alain was able to bottle enough wine!

The Venus blanc and rosé from Pinchinat are more sultry and riper, the Côtes de Provence blanc and rosé are slightly lighter, more mineral and more elegant.

Domaine Pinchinat is located in the heart of Provence at the foot of "le Mont de Saint- Victoire (the famous bald rock painted by many famous painters) and le Mont Aurelien, 25 kilometers east of Aix-en-Provence.
The company is run by Alain de Welle and has been in the family for +/- 200 years since the revolution. But the domain and its 'famous Roman well' are centuries old.
Area of ​​20 hectares of vineyards, soil of limestone, clay and gravel.
