The first orange wine in the Mittnacht range! In character far removed from a traditional Gewurztraminer. And not just because it is cloudy! This dry but rich and complex wine has a deep flavor intensity and offers notes of candied orange peel, ginger, anise and (flowery) Sichuan pepper. Delicious with spicy cuisine or mature cheeses.

In the vineyard: Various parcels of Hunawihr including part of the Grand Cru Rosacker. Marl limestone soil on muschelkalk. Vines on average 30 years old.
- In the cellar: 2/3 of the grapes skin maceration for 15 days and 1/3 carbonic maceration of 15 days. 6 months maturation on the lees. Unfiltered
