'Jurassique' is named after the origin of the area's soil, which mainly consists of blue marl.
What a refined and versatile wine. The scent is fresh with citrus and chalk and a touch of reduction, but also ripe with dried fruit and a pleasant pinch of oxidation. That continues in the taste: on the one hand creamy with a broad mouthfeel, on the other hand fresh acids and a huge length. Drinkable and complex at the same time. Bring it on!

In the cellar: Spontaneous fermentation in old wooden barrels, 26 months maturation in used barrels of 228 liters and foeder. Minimal intervention, if necessary a pinch of sulphite during bottling.
