Dark and spicy natural red this La Madone from Faugères. Spices, black cherries, forest fruit. Firm, dark and deep. She needs some air, so open half an hour in advance.
Cédric Saur is the founder and winegrower of Domaine la Grange d'Aïn. In addition to his own domaine, he is also a winemaker at his father's château, Château Haut-Fabrèques. Cedric receives a small donation of vineyards from his father Jean-Luc every year. This has enabled Cedric to make organic wines from 50-year-old vines for years.
