Description
Kapitel I is a Loire style Cabernet Franc from Neusiedlersee. To a certain extent of course. The 2600 liter (old) wooden barrels in which the wine is matured, give the wine a nice balance between the red fruit, the vegetal and spicy character of Cabernet Franc. Clearly cassis and fresh hay in the nose, with slightly oxidative tones. Smoke, stone, minerality and subtle umami. Fantastic to drink now!
